Hakim is the founding principal of Realty Street Capital LLC.  He has over 25 years of in-depth experience in the residential and commercial mortgage banking industry with a specialty in Loan Workouts and Restructuring.  As an active real estate investor Hakim was driven to build a client-first organization.

Stan has over 40 years of in-depth experience in the residential and commercial mortgage banking and equipment leasing businesses. Stan served as Chairman, President, and CEO of New Jersey Mortgage and Investment Corporation (NJMIC). NJMIC, when sold, was the oldest and largest independent mortgage banker in the US and the first bank in New Jersey to be awarded full “Eagle” approval by HUD.

Chris has over 39 years in the mortgage banking industry. He has a robust skill set that includes Mortgage Lending, Residential Mortgages, FHA/VA, Mortgage Banking, Loan Origination and more.  Previously, EVP and Production Director at Jersey Mortgage Company. 

Chris brings experience from former roles at Atlantic Home Loans, Inc., Sovereign Bank, Fleet Bank and Columbia National. 

Robert has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and commercial real estate industries, He excels in structuring innovative financing solutions for purchasing and refinancing properties. His creative and resourceful approach enables him to think outside the box, offering tailored strategies that meet the unique needs of buyers and investors.
